Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days of purchase. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We currently offer standard shipping only. All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail.

Shipping Rates

We charge a flat-rate shipping fee for all orders. The applicable rate will be shown at checkout.

Shipping Locations

• We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

• We do ship to PO Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO).

Tracking

All orders include a tracking number. Customers will receive an email notification with tracking details once the order has shipped.

Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, delayed, or is lost in transit, please contact us at andrew@cubonecabana.com and we will sort you out!

Additional Shipping Information

• Signature confirmation may be required at our discretion based on order value or delivery location.

• Orders cannot be combined after they are placed.

• Local pickup is not available at this time.
